Large depression in the street, left lane of northbound traffic. It sure looks like this area of the street was dug up for utility work and improperly patched and to be properly fixed requires digging it up again. Wouldn't it be fair for whoever botched the job to fix it? Maybe it was a utility company that makes millions in profits?
