Traffic light timing is not fixed. I am currently sitting in traffic watching the light change much faster than it used to. The traffic on westbound Bryan dairy is backed up to 49th Street at 4:30 p.m. Please address this issue.

The light was not cycling correctly due to lane blockage. There is not a signal timing issue at this location.
