Description
The apartment on the alley next to my home at 783 30th Avenue North 33704 tore out its landscaping and turned it into parking. My car has now been backed into, as well as, my fence. No one reports it to me. I just walk outside my front door to find these smashed property items of mine. I see the apartment residents backing over the sidewalk adjacent to my home, all the way up to the side of my home, struggling to navigate backing out of this make shift parking to turn around without hitting my home. My contractor suggested this parking is not to code. Now that my car has been hit and my fence has been hit, I thought it was time to report the property damages and inquire what can be done about this hazard to my home/property. When I bought my home in December 2011, this area alongside the apartment building was landscaped shrubs, not parking.
