What seems to be the problem with City of Tukwila enforcing parking regulations? This has been an ongoing problem as well as the fact the Duwamish Riverbend Hill Preserve is being left open every night which has attracted late nighters hanging out in the park.

Yesterday, I saw the City of Tukwila adding 6 hr parking signs while these campers were there. And they're still there! Really? I honestly could care less about them camping there. It's the oil changes and auto work right next to the river. Zero respect for mother nature. Aren't we trying to clean up this river? Help us help you.

I've encountered illegal dumping of toilet tanks from RVs there. Eventually drains into river.

This looks like a used car lot. At least charge 'em for a business license!

Can we start having a discussion about closing off this area to cars? Maybe we can add posts or a chain? It’s clear that it’s costing more man power than Tukwila has dealing with this.

Agree with Concerned Citizen. Unfortunately it seems this area is used mainly by people who disrespect the river environment.
This is prime river buffer zone...and now it's a junk car parking lot. No wonder salmon are perishing.

These people are emptying their urinal and body waste containers into the river? Where's the law and why has nothing been done about this? No wonder more rats and other vermin are in a increase around here. There's a very big population of rats that have appeared out of nowhere around the apartment building where I live. The apartment manager has seen to it that rats traps have been installed, but how long is that going to last? Get to the core of the problem and get rid of campers and transients.
