Peerless Carpet Co. located at 3033 N Lincoln Ave is infested with rats both on the property grounds and in the building.
The photo attached is of the garbage dumpsters that NEVER are closed. Rats in the alley and the rat burrows on the property feed on the garbage from the dumpsters and the city garbage carts from the alley. The building is also infested with pigeons.
