Still there. Apparently this is going to be permanent.

They better not be using it for an outhouse! They just might use it for that and to dump their garbage. Such stupid people!

Could be they're doing just that. The area to the south is mostly swampy territory. Also a lot of fallen trees which means firewood for them.
