Description

My neighbor at 1042 South Candler Street stores and maintains an old semi-tractor in his backyard in violation of city ordinance. Even worse, he insists on running it late at night after my child is in bed. It is extremely noisy and blasts dirty air into our backyard. I made a similar complaint several years ago, code enforcement came to talk to the neighbor, and he actually moved the truck for a few months. But how he's back at it and runs it daily (but mostly at night). Please help.
