Description
The curbs and drains all along East Parkway (from Sam Cooper to Central Ave) need to be thoroughly cleaned/cleared... The city is simply going to reply, saying TDOT is in charge of this (and TDOT does nothing), but I'm still going to request the work be done. With this weather system heading our way, the street will begin to flood since the city sat on its hands for months of doing nothing about it. Congrats!

No, this stays open until the curbs and drains are cleared and cleaned. It hasn't been done in over a year. Drove by them this morning. Nothing done yet, so why close the ticket?
And it the City thinks it's done, they either aren't checking the work OR don't understand the ticket request, or both.
