Thank you, for your request. Maintenance on CITI Bike needs to be address directly to CITI Bike. If there is a need for ne Bikes or for the station to be replaced you must contact Citi.

Citibike has a contract with the City and should properly maintain their stations.
Please refer this issue back to RRC for further review if your division does not handle.
Please also address the TRASH that is accumulating around the station

I received an email from a representative from Citi Bike and I was informed that a cleaning crew is being dispatched today for the trash surrounding the station. The rusted station will need to be replaced so an order was put in for the parts as well. I will update this thread once I receive a confirmation that the issue was addressed.

The trash accumulating at this station was collected by the Division of Neighborhood Improvement. The replacement parts that are rusted and peeling have been ordered. I will update this thread as soon as I receive confirmation that the everything was completed.

Please be advised that a follow-up request has already been sent. Once I receive an update I will update users on this thread.

Citi Bike is planning plate refurbishment across the system beginning in late December 2019/ early January 2020, and will prioritize Jersey City as the first one to receive them. Once I receive any further updates I will post them to this thread.

Please contact Citi Bike for an update on the status of this request. I have requested an update and I have not received a response. So far we were advised that the replacement parts have been order and should be assembled in January 2020. Please be advises that this is the responsibility of Citi Bike. Thank you for reporting to the city of Jersey City.
