Description
236 and 238 residents have planted tall plants curbside that restrict and block seeing on coming trafic. Nearly hit twice while backing out of carport.
This is a safty concern and issue that has been brought to the attention of the City of Decatur Officials and continues to go unaddressed.
This is county property. Who is liable if a resident is struck by an automobile while backing out because of restricted view.
Why are issues on Adair St beiing totally ignored?
All we get is. Issue has been reported to Decatur Public Works-S Smith?
Who is S. Smith? And where can residents meet with him/her?

I post a notice at 234 Adair and I spoke with the property owner at 232 Adair.
Down the street a little further, 300 & 310 Adair was also addressed.
Again, thanks.

What about 236 Adair St ? One set of plants belong to resident at 236 Adair St and one set belong to 234 Adair St? Why wasn't 236 notified? These are the plants that are prohibiting and restricting safe and clear view of oncomimg traffic while backing out of driveway.
I notice you state you posted a noticel at 234 Adair St. Was notice left at 236 Adair St?
I also want to apoligize for incorrectly reporting 238 has plants obstructing view. It is 234 and 236 Adair St.

This wasr eported a month ago and continues to be a safety issue. Why is this allowed to continue and be ignored? They are more than 5' tall and prevent safe exit of driveway.
