add an on ramp to I87 at Lake Ave/Route 29E
The traffic that currently is using side roads to gain access to either exit 14 or 15 is overwhelming the local side streets that have become cut over streets. for example the intersection of Ingersall and Old Schuylerville Rd is worse than the intersection at gilbert rd and route 29E.

The Rt 29 and Gilbert intercetion is an accident waiting to happen I KNOW! I drove my daughter to St Clements school each morning and had to wait sometimes 15 minutes to get out on Rt 29.
A roundabout should be placed at Rt 29 and Gilbert Rd near stewarts. It sounds awful but maybe when someone gets KILLED something will finally be done about this issue. An extra exit 14A its a great idea!!!! Plus MORE COPS TO PATROL THE SPEED LIMIT ON GILBERT RD.
