Description

This house is a mess. Possible abandoned cars in the back. LCI, please respond!!!

It has been this way for a long time. IT IS BLIGHT!
LCI has been notified. The house even though some work has been done on it is in a constant state of disrepair and is terrible.
To further complicate matters some kind of auto repair or chop shop(?) Is being done in the rear of 338(?l buildings in the rear where yard is abutting rear yard of 346 Blake. This also has added to abandoned cars and should be investigated.
It looks like a junkyard.
The broken down bread truck was finally movrd out of driveway at 352 Blake and has been replaced by another broken down car.
The whole street is beginning to be all cars.
Pizza Heaven is selling cars daily from their front lawn. Do they have a permit?

Hi John and Cindy, LCI is aware of this property and has met with the owner many times. Usually the issue at hand is abated therefore no fines accrue, etc.... then a week later or so another (or the same..) issue arises yet again. I will meet the owner again there this week. Thank you for reporting.

Thanks LCI. Would hope you also check into property to the rear and side of backyard with cars rthat end up on their property from whatever is next to it.
I would bet all those cars are there illegally.

This is an old issue that was never closed. LCI Housing Code have responded this concern. Jillian (the Neighborhood Specialist) also monitored this until it was resolved.
