Description
Garbage not picked yesterday as scheduled nor taday, 7/16. I emptied my freezer decaying food into it thinking it would be picked Monday, 7/15. I need an after hours number to call when they mess up again, and they will. This is about my fifth complaint to them and they don't seem to care. They don't return calls till the next day! What can I do when I have a problem. Thanks to all city employees who have been so helpful. Today Operator #2 was very nice and helped me and got someone to call me. I forgot his name but he was very sympathetic . He was going to call Santek. I appreciate city employees like these and they should be commended.
