Description
Our neighbor down the street has taken it upon himself to cut down a very large tree in his front yard. The tree was alive and healthy. The younger gentleman that lives there cut it down and seemingly hurried to haul off the tree. It's my understanding that in the city of St. Petersburg one needs a permit to cut down a tree larger than 4" in diameter.
