  There is no cross street. The location is on 35th Avenue and can be seen when exiting the 35th Offramp of 580 (towards Hayward) straight ahead directly across the street. There is a chain link fence at sidewalk’s edge and behind the fence is where trash has been dumped and is accumulating.

  The issue of possible homeless encampment ACROSS 35th Avenue at INTERSECTION of 35th Avenue offramp from 580 south and 35th Avenue has NOT been addressed. Get CalTrsns involved? The city needs to deal with this, along with CalTrans. Thank you!

  I am contacting CalTrans since the city, as usual, hasn’t done anything! Why doesn’t the city work together with CalTrans? Why should citizens have to take time to deal with this mess?!?!?!?

  This exact area has become an eyesore again with an accumulation of trash...not sure if it’s an encampment or just junk being dumped in that area. Please help our neighborhood with a cleanup of this area. Thank you.
