Can the city make even the slightest attempt to enforce red lights, crosswalk blocking, and bike lanes at this intersection? I'm watching elderly and low mobility pedestrians attempt to cross, and cars continuing to drive through red lights, blocking other traffic, nearly missing pedestrians as they speed through, and block trains.
