Looking at the Princeton Tax Map, that tree appears to be on the property of 143. Not municipal property. If a survey can be provided indicating that the damage is on municipal property, I will remove the limb. My records show that the property line is from the rear parking lot to the backyard fence, which is why I pruned limbs previously encroaching on the fence and parking lot.
