Description

Seems that most cars take this Stop Sign as an optional stop rather than mandatory. Often cars along N. Silvery Lane are going well over the 25mph speed limit. It's very unsafe when elementary school students are walking home form school in the afternoon! I walk with my kids and have almost been hit by cars running the stops and speeding. This is also prevalent at Wilson and N. Silvery Lane. Church goers are leaving the church parking lot straight down Wilson and not stopping. It's a very dangerous situation.
I have also seen cars run the blinking light at Haigh School WHEN THE CROSSING GUARD IS THERE! SHe was almost run down the other day. It's getting very scary to walk the kids to school.
