On 7/18/19 at 17:30 I, Sgt. C. Bundy, responded to 40 Wiley Bottom Road to speak to the resident regarding a maintenance request. Virginia Nease is requesting her mailbox be relocated from its current location. She is asking that it be moved and placed as a double stand mailbox with the post for 35 Wiley Bottom Road. In this case, her mailbox would then be located directly across the street from her driveway instead of further down the road (2 pictures attached which were taken from the end of her driveway). Ms. Nease feels this a safety issue for her and her husband since they are elderly and there is a steady flow of traffic on Wiley Bottom Road.

Ms. Nease already made contact with the Postal Office who informed her that this could be done because it would interrupt the delivery of mail because there are not mailboxes between hers and #35.
