Description
overgrown trees, bushes and weeds obstruct view of drivers trying to pull on to Smith Springs Rd. from Reynolds Rd. makes it dangerous because traffic on Smith Springs Rd. is fast and splits into 2 fast lanes and drivers have to pull farther into Smith Springs Rd. to exit Reynolds Rd., which is not a good idea or risk getting hit while trying to pull onto Smith Springs Rd . Whether the responsibility to clear the view belongs to the property owner or Metro, this needs to be done ASAP before there is an accident. A few weeks ago, Metro was mowing along this strip of road, but mowers quit when they got to this section of property.
Also, there is a bit of property on Reynolds Rd. that has been reported before where household items have been dumped and were eventually cleaned up, but new dumping has occurred again on the same location-- between Couchville Pike and near 1650 on Reynolds Rd.--across from the 30 mph speed limit sign--may be on State Property and more household dumping along Reynolds Rd. in ditches.
