CAN ALL OF THE CROSSWALKS BE EXTENDED OR PAINTED RED AT THE CORNERS OF THE INTERSECTIONS, SO VEHICLES ARE NOT PARKED ON OR NEAR CROSSWALKS OBSTRUCTING THE VIEW OF MOTORIST AND PEDESTRIANS
