RE: 1-35 S Haven Rd Annapolis, MD, 21401 Wastewater Concern
1. Doesn't do anyone any good to send an email that says we can "comment"
on it when the web site says it is "closed" and comments not accepted.
2. I don't see any logical reason why the report should be closed - it was
NOT fixed and has been leaking raw sewer water (smells awful) on to the
road for about the last 1-2 months.
