This Garfield Ave. resident is requesting the positioning of "PUBLIC LITTER RECEPTACLE" on Garfield Ave. at the corners of DWIGHT ST., RICHARD ST., FREEDOM PLACE & FULTON AVE.?***She said, there's always lots of litters being thrown on the sidewalks in front of people's homes. She also wanted to know why the LITTER PATROLS no longer come through the area and sweep the sidewalks?
