The small back vent window on the driver side of my 2001 Honda Civic was broken sometime between 6:00 PM Friday 10/22 and 11:00 AM Saturday 10/23/10. Car was searched thru but nothing appears to have been taken. I was parked in the last legal spot on the NW corner of Wallace right before 21st Street

Exactly how do I go about reporting that to the police. My understanding is that 911 is for emergencies,and I see no way to submit a report online - you can't even do abandoned vehicles that way anymore.
Please give me just a bit more help here.
