Description

Turning right onto Maine Ave SW from 7th St SW is now no turn on red. Once the light turns green pedestrians are also allowed to walk which causes back up on 7th Street SW. With removal of the ability to turn on red, heavy pedestrian traffic, and traffic coming from the Wharf also trying to turn left, there is not ample time to clear the traffic on 7th.
