Drain in right-of-way is too small. Fills with debris and trash during every storms and doesn't allow water to drain out. Contributed to major flooding on Mulberry Street between Library Ballroom and Lawrence Mayor Florist on Friday, July 19, 2019. We've submitted this several times asking for the inlet to be replaced with a grate with larger holes or entire drain but nothing has ever been done. Caused several properties in the immediate area to floor.
