Description

There is an illegal halfway house operating. They have no licensing and have convicted felons living and working there. The owner is Andrew Fausel and Spencer Gregory. They call there place Live Recovery. They are running a business out of a residential place. They also violate lease agreements and have 6-7 people in property.
