Hamden has done a great job in paving the West Woods/Downs Rd areas but one spot was missed. There is s 200 foot section where Downs road 'crosses' Lake Waltrous that is crumbling and fragmenting. I suspect the Water Authority controls this portion of the road somehow...but doesn't Hamden own the land that its water supply comes from? In any case the road needs repaving.

I just drove this way this morning and the road section is being repaved! This is a key cycling road and fixing this section is very welcome.
BTW, I thought this was in Hamden, I believe this is Bethany's jurisdiction. thanks!
