please send someone out to retime the stop light. at 6:30 there is no one on the road there yet the light on Stone going south cannot go until the light goes through it cycle. it turns red when cars are approaching and there are no cars going east and west on Drachman. please please please fix this. its really inefficient when it stops all the cars and no other cars are coming.
