Little Mountain is a cut through road from Chardon/Concord area to Mentor ave. but the amount of noise that is created at night is not needed. Police traveling the road or sitting is not enough. They NEED TO HAND OUT TICKEST!!! When is the last time you saw a ticket being handed out for load noise on our roads?
