Jennifer, I didn't submit the photo, but I can tell you what's wrong. When the owner of this property sought to have a parking lot on Main St., he agreed to a landscaped buffer zone and white fence. The landscape has been long gone, never maintained. The fence was taken down for festival and put up only after months in years past. Now, there is no effort to put it back or maintain it. It's a disgrace and a breach of the agreement.

V. 500 .110.A 302.7 - Accessory Structures
The aforementioned property is to be brought into compliance by 08/27/2013, at this time a re-inspection will occur. If the property is not brought into compliance, at this time a second notice of violation will be issued. After the final inspection, if problems have not been abated a summons will be issued.
