bridge is barely one lane, full of potholes and impassable in rain due to improper drainage. when will trhis be fixed?

This bridge is a disgrace! This should be fixed immediately. I have heard some rumors that someone nearby has been preventing the repair of this bridge because of her property line. As it stands, it seems dangerous, like a lawsuit waiting to happen.
