July 23 at 8:00pm I Witnessed a Latino male trying to get the attention of two little girls who were riding their bikes towards Edison Park, As I was arriving home (parking) I noticed he stopped his Royal blue four door Altima on the curve of the sidewalk (Between 6805 & 6811 Madison Ave) he gave a too much of a friendly smile to one of the girls and waved her to get closer to him as the other child was trying to catch up to her friend.. the girls looked back while still paddling their bikes they saw me arriving & the Man between the ages of 30 to 40 yrs old not too light & not too dark brown skin tone with black hair a mustache & Grey short sleeve shirt noticed I was watching him very closely he started to drive off making a left on cherry st going towards Calumet Ave while we both made eye contact and he gave me an Evil smile I decided to come into my house & as I was looking outside my windows I again saw him driving down Cherry st this time he was driving the opposite of calumet that’s when I made sure I gave the cops all the information they needed. I was able to speak to one of the girls parents and they assured me both girls are home safe! To all parents let’s make sure our children are aware of the danger that sadly surrounds them.
