I have been picking up litter in Hinkston Park since I moved in here last September and on the street. Lately The Problem has only gotten worse. Can we get a sign posted that there will be fines assessed for littering. I saw similar signs elsewhere.??? Lots of work lately. Can't believe there are people that lazy.
