Belcher Circle is a huge cut through that needs a do not enter sign posted and enforced particuliarly during morning and afternoon rush hours.
This neighborhood is home to many children, I myself have four children under the age of four years old. Many cars come speeding by in the morning and afternoon. It is not safe for children using the sidewalks to walk to and from school or to play in front of their houses during these hours due to all this traffic. It is just a matter of time before a child gets struck.
Commuters from Quincy use the neighboorhood as a cut through to the highway avoiding the traffic and lights in East Milton Center. We do not need these commuters endangering the children in our neighboorhood.
For the safety of the children in out neighborhood, please consider putting up a sign restricting traffic during rush hours.
