I too want this resolved. This entire project has been a scam on the COBI from the begining and now the owner has taken more liberties in exceeding limits on paving his driveway. Why doesn't the city stop him?? How is he getting away with this Please remedy the situation asap.

I too think COBI should investigate. On the south parking lot of Lynwood Center we were required to go to great lengths to provide a surface that slowed the run off into puget sound. It should apply to everyone. This driveway is a huge expanse of asphalt.
