Description

The three lanes W. WT Harris Blvd becomes a two lanes bottle neck at research Dr then into 3 lanes again at IBM Dr. Connecting few hundred feet of the right lane between research Dr and IBM Dr will significantly reduce traffic and increase safety in that area.
