Description
The entire cover and sleeve around it are two-three inches below the pavement surface. When you are turning West bound from Lowe onto Franklin, it is right in the line with your vehicle tires. If you are leaving Dr.'s offices or the HH, you get a big clunk as your vehicle drops the wheels down into it. It is a huge jar on the vehicle and the occupants.
