A. The owner William Labbe is operating a welding business out of his backyard garage, including occassional repairs to engines (motorcycles mostly) creating noise throughout the day, weekends, and at times, using a wheeled generator for what appears to be welding and fabrication work. This is a private property and the garage was raised recently for "storage" however, the business "William Labbe Welding" is officially running out of there. In addition, there is concern of regular visiting customers, loud metal noises, cutting and pounding noises as well as other machinery. This is a residential neighborhood and several of the neighbors are disturbed by the constant noise.
