Description

I have witnessed this man sleeping on the bench to the left of the closed hair salon a few times this summer. Today he was sleeping shirtless. Let's clean up the neighborhood.

Who owns the bench? Is there a "No Loitering" sign there? Is this a local worker or may be taking his break or lunch (I've seen people take naps in the park for both reasons). Could there be another legitimate reason? Is he literally bothering people when he's on the bench?

relaxs people, i'm sure it one of Donna Mengel's people since she does own that building and those are her tenants. They have a right to sit or lay on that bench which is provided for them. All last week was a heat wave, what man doesnt take his shirt off when he is hot? and who cares if he lays out? its really bothering you that much? get a life!
