The right of way of Beverly Place extends from the back edge of the sidewalks, into the woods to the railroad right of way. That railroad right of way is along the stone wall and chain fence at the end of Beverly.

This means that all 3 of the trees near the previously cut tree stump are ON the Macon-Bibb R/W. Someone with more knowledge than I should evaluate these trees. The 2 sugarberries near the stump are covered with dead English ivey leaves but the actual trees have plenty of living leaves.
