Thank you - we are hoping this can be resolved once and for all, with the 50 neighbors in our development, no one is dumping lawn debris on the sidewalk and this neighbor has been doing for several years, despite our reporting this dating back to 2016 and more recently disposing of ourselves - we would appreciate effective means to resolve this
