This issue has still not been resolved. The above ground pool has had several feet of standing water and needs to be filled in or removed ASAP. The health concerns are highly alarming, as is the breeding ground for animals, insects, rodents, etc. We were overwhelmed by mosquitoes and flies last year and I don’t anticipate the current conditions will provide anything less. I have been told by another neighbor that the City thinks there may be progress by April, which seems entirely too long. This home should be condemned based upon the lack of care outside and I imagine the interior is not much better. It is unoccupied and a nuisance to the surrounding neighbors who take consistent care of their homes and yards. Please let us know what we can do to expedite this resolution. We have been inquiring about this for months.

It also appears that the homeowner is delinquent on their taxes. It seems to me there ought to be some recourse there, as well. Again, seven months (the current amount is time since we first filed a complaint) seems a terribly unreasonable amount of time to resolve this issue.
