Description

12 of the 13 trees on Northbrook Court have dieback on the lower limbs. I don't know if there is an underlying disease, or if this is simply part of the life cycle. If the former, I would like the county to see if there is a way to save the trees. If the latter, the trees need to be pruned, as large limbs are falling on the sidewalk and street during storms. Thank you.
