I just reported this separately. It is dangerous. Pedestrians are forced out into the street. This picture doesn't do it justice. Someone appears to be cutting the grass regularly but ignoring these hedges.

I would call Public Safety to report this situation. No one has acknowledged this issue. 203 946-6316. If the property is abandoned, it might be years before some does anything about the situation.
