The court was already heavily patched with several spots already noted that continue to sink regardless of how often they are filled. Dump trucks and heavy tracked equipment used for the recent drainage pond project have made the street condition noticeable worse. Conditions will certainly deteriorate this winter if not fixed now.

I've reported the sink holes down the street before. They were filled and are sinking again. The spillway project took over 6 months to complete and trucks would just idle in the circle. When it rains now, there is a visible puddle where the trucks waited until they were needed. They brought dirt, rock and other heavy supplies in and took other dug material out for over 6 months.

It was an rather large area where where the spillway rebuild happened.

They had to fix the entrance area to the site as the truck left tire dents larger than 8 inches and then crumbled so bad that rock was put down so they could get through to the area to continue with the site project. The contractor told me he was surprised the county was not letting him fix the entire circle since it definitely needed it after this project. Conditions will certainly deteriorate this winter if it is not fixed before then.

The trucks from the Spillway project would constantly park on the street. They left sink holes where they typically parked.

Additionally, the heavy traffic left the street cracked and in bad shape.

Area inspected 7/29 and is under review. Thank you for your inquiry.
