When we close our borders and call in the National guard to patrol the streets till the the drugs dry up and the gangs leave and our government lowers taxes on businesses so jobs will come back to Illinois ,NO JOBS MEANS, POVERTY,GANGS ,HIGH CRIME RATE,DRUGS AND PROSTITUTION .Otherwise we will be the next Detroit.
