Resident of 700 Grove St, concur here. You need to partner with Hoboken on this one and sort it out. This is a very busy area, the drivers are extremely aggressive.

No Updates guys, its been 3 months .. Also the no right turn on red onto observer has actually made the intersection more dangerous than it was before ..

I believe this entire block needs a traffic study. Not long back, I was walking home with my two kids and my daughter was hit by a car at 18th and Marin intersection while it barely missed us. We were crossing on our right of way with green light and the car was turning left. I was so panicked and by god's grace, my daughter escaped with a minor scratch.

Since this is squarely within Hoboken's city limits, the City of Hoboken is the only entity that can make these changes. Please contact them. We would love to help here if there were some way that we could make these specific changes, but our cooperation with Hoboken exists on a much higher traffic circulation level. https://www.hobokennj.gov/
