4127 Templar Rd. Rudy (tenant)has constant disregard for nieghbors daily. (LOUD MUSIC)the property is a rental and owner is out of town and bares no responsibility to maintain a peaceful area. owner won't address the issue with tenant and wished me luck... name of owner is Sarah (312) 442-2301
