they only cut the grass in front and on side of house being a corner lot. where a tree fell down a couple of months ago and is still laying there the grass is growing up around in. to the north side of the drive was and in back of the garage hasn't been cut in over a year. there's a mattress behind the garage, and chairs, toys on the side. Weeds are now as high as the garage! we see a rat over there last year but this year with the weed growth who knows. Haven't seen any but.......... Have the inspectors go in back of the property. Kids when visiting have been seen going to the bathroom in the weeds!!!
